Have you ever had a day in your business where nothing seems to go according to plan?
I’m afraid! Nothing is ever going to happen! I’m not smart enough! Is this what I’m really meant to be doing? Thank god, all of that is just brain chatter.
It’s your job to acknowledge those feelings and do whatever is necessary to start feeling better. Otherwise the law of attraction will kick in and send you more struggle

Follow these four steps.
Step 1: Decide to regroup.
You can’t control external results.
For example, you can’t force people to sign-up for your freebies, webinars, and/or programs.
But you can choose how you respond and feel about the results you are getting
The truth is you can sit in your office and sulk or you can decide to regroup.
Which will it be?
You decide. The sooner you choose to regroup, the sooner you can move forward and start manifesting again.
Step 2: Appreciate what you have.
Make a list of everything that has gone well in your business over the last few days. Then write a list of gratitude statements.
Start every line with I am grateful for XYZ.
This step will raise your vibration because it focuses your mind on what is working. The more you focus on what is working, the more things work (it’s the Law of Attraction at work again).
Step 3: Stop what you are doing and go do something fun.
Don’t skip this step. I used to ignore this step.
I used to think that I could just work hard. I WAS SO WRONG. I didn’t start manifesting clients until I stopped doing what I was doing and did something fun to raise my vibration.
The truth is that you only manifest clients and cash from a place of high-vibration. So make this a priority. I don’t care what you do to raise your vibration, as long as it’s fun to you.
Whether you play guitar or listen to music or watch funny cat videos on YouTube, I don’t care. It’s so much easier to find solutions when you are feeling better.
Step 4: Regroup.
This step is where you regroup and start taking action to manifest again. Start by reviewing goals. If your goals no longer feel doable, adjust them.
A great way to do this is to set three goals: a minimum goal, a stretch goal, and a super stretch. A range will often feel more doable than a single goal, which allows you to believe.
Believing raises your vibration. You can’t manifest what you don’t believe is possible. Once you’ve reviewed your goals, it’s time to look for solutions.
This is where you might want to get into the itty-bitty details to look for solutions. What’s going well? What’s not going so well? What could be even better? What action can I take? As you look for solutions, ask the universe for inspiration.
A great way to do this is to talk to your inner-being.
She knows the fastest path to your goals. Here’s how you talk to your inner-being.
- Close your eyes.
- Take a few deep breath’s making sure to exhale completely every time.
- Ask you’re inner-being to come out and play. Imagine her stepping out of you like a hologram. She steps in front of you and faces you.
- See what she looks like. And say hello.
- Talk to her about what you want to help with. Ask her what she believes is the easiest inspired action for you to take. Just talk to her as you would a friend.
- Thank her and let her go back into your space.
Once you’ve done the exercise, you might or might not have action steps to take. If they feel good to you, do them. If not, don’t do them.
You’ve just learned the four easy steps to up your vibration and get back on track when things don’t go according to plan.
First you must decide to regroup. Then you must spend a few minutes appreciating what you have following by having some fun. And once you feel better you can regroup.
