How to get out of a funk, get back into momentum and manifest those ideal clients you’ve been wanting!

Have you ever had one of those moments in your business when things just aren’t going according to plan and you fall into an emotional slump?

Like you get stressed out, everything starts to zap your energy, and your momentum disappears?

You’re working your butt off, but you’re getting less and less clients, less and less money, and you suddenly find yourself expecting to fail!

It sucks, doesn’t it?

We’ve all been there.

When this happens, it’s time to get back into vibrational alignment with what you desire.

For this to happen, you must feel good about what you want, believe & expect that what you want will be, and take inspired action until you receive what you want.

Raise Your Vibration

If you don’t get into alignment, the Law of Attraction won’t be able to send you opportunities to match your goals because you simply don’t believe.

That means less clients, less money, more frustrations …

You can’t work you’re way out of a funk.

Believe me, I’ve tried.

So here are four steps to get out of a funk.

Step 1: Breathe 

If you’re holding on to nervous energy, doubt, desperation and/or fear then it’s time to release the hold they have on you and make room for better feeling emotions.

  • Stop what you’re doing and put your right hand over your heart. 
  • Take 3 deep breaths. Inhale on the count of 4, hold for 7, and exhale for 8.  

By the way, breath is the way to reconnect to your spirit and get back into flow & ease!

Step 2: Get Clear

This step is about getting back into an inspired vision …

Here’s what you do:

Take out your journal and answer the following questions …

  • What do you want?
  • Why do you want it?
  • What would change in your life if you manifest it your desires?
  • What excites you about getting what you want?
  • Are you in alignment with what you say you want?
  • What actions are you excited to take?
  • What actions are you inspired to take?
  • What actions are you wanting to stop doing because they zap your energy?

Once you’re done, check in with yourself …  

  • Are you excited about what you’re wanting? If not, why are you trying to manifest this dream?
  • Are you excited about the actions you’re wanting to take? If not, can you reframe them? Or can you drop them all together?
  • Are you ready to drop all energy zapping actions? If not, what’s stopping you?

If you’re not feeling inspired, use this affirmation and let the Universe & your spirit inspire you over the next few days, “There must be something I’m inspired to do for money. I wonder what that is.”

Step 3: Release doubt

In this step, start releasing the doubt that you can receive what you want.

For each goal that you have, release the doubt using EFT tapping

Use the affirmation, “Even though I’m doubtful I can manifest this goal by this date, I love myself fully and completely. The fact that I don’t yet have it is just resistance and I’m open to letting it go and receiving in the highest good of all involved.”

Adjust the affirmation as necessary.

Step 4: Believe

To manifest, you have to believe even when you don’t know that it can be!

Granted, this can be tricky, but remember you get to choose what you believe.

Take out a pen & paper and write out the following affirmations…

  • It feels so good to have received this in my life. I’m so grateful. Thankyou universe!
  • Of course, I manifested this goal because the universe always gets me what I want!
  • I am deserving of everything. It is my birth right!
  • I am a powerful manifestor and receive things effortlessly.
  • I am safe to manifest all of my desires and more.
  • I am the deliberate creator of my reality.
  • I am happy & in in full of alignment of what I am wanting.
  • My new normal is to feel high-flying vibrations as my inner being shows me the way!

Feel free to add/modify/change affirmations.

The objective is for you to feel good at the end of it.

So you’ve just learned the 4-step process to getting out of a funk…

It’s time for action.

Remember to pay attention to what your spirit is telling you.

Nudges, gut feelings, ideas, and opportunities are all your inner being trying to guide you.

Always trust your spirit.

The more you do, the easier the path will be.
