I’ve lost my passion! How do I get it back?

Have you lost your passion for your work? Like something blew out the candle that used to burn so brightly?

I know exactly what’s that like because it seems that my passion comes and goes so quickly, it’s a little whiplash. One day I’m so stoked and super productive and the next day I procrastinate

Know what I mean? It’s nuts!

Anyway, I’ve been doing a lot of Goddess Rising Breakthrough sessions AND I realized just prevalent this problem is, which is why I’m choosing to address the following question in this week’s tap Into the Universe:

I’ve lost my passion? How do I get it back?

Here it goes…

When I look intuitively into your space, this is what I’m shown …

You’re a full grown adult and you’re half-through a climbing rope.

At the moment, you’re surrounded by a very thick cloud and you can’t see anything. All you can do is feel the rope that you’re holding on too.

You can’t go up because you’re too tired & exhausted.

You can’t come down because you the rope been cut-off.

You’re stuck.

Sound familiar?

That’s it what’s like to have lost your passion.

You started off all excited and you started taking action (aka climbing the rope), but it got hard and you got tired. At some point, you lost clarity about what you wanted and where you were going (<– YEP, that’s the cloud).

That’s when the passion got replaced with frustration/exhaustion.

The problem isn’t that you’ve lost your passion, the problem is that you’ve gotten yourself stuck in other emotions and inaction.

You can’t feel passion when the energy isn’t flowing.

The KEY to getting your passion is to get your mind, body, soul energy flowing again, which allow you to release the emotions you’re feeling and allowing new ones to come back.

Here are a few steps to help you do this…

1) Make a list of everything you’re frustrated about in this situation.

Including “everything” on the list.

Things you’re pissed about it. things you’re ashamed about it.

It’s totally 1000% cool to have your emotions. Don’t hold back on your list.

2) Forgive yourself.

Go look in the mirror and repeat, “I forgive you for having created ABC.”

Every time I do this, I end up crying. I know it sounds silly, but don’t skip this step because it allows the emotions to be acknowledged and released, which you must do if you want to get unstuck.

Also, it feels GOOD!!!

3) Take your power back.

One of the big reasons you’ve gotten yourself stuck is you don’t think you have any options.

You can’t go up and you can’t go down.

You don’t “have” to do anything and thinking so is keeping yous stuck because you don’t think you have any option.

So give yourself permission to walk away completely. A great way to do this is to release your obligation to do be/do/have anything.

Next, you should journal about what you truly want.

Here are some prompts:

  • What do I want?
  • What do I want to feel?
  • Who do I want to be?
  • What do I have to let go of in order to make progress?
  • Finally make a decision about what you want and why you want it.

4) Take action even it’s a tiny one everyday

So along with clearing the emotions, it’s important to get the emotions flowing again. It doesn’t matter if you’re doing a research to figure out how, make a phone call, or something else. As long as you do something to move you forward.

Also, keep track of these actions as they’ll tell you’ve made progress.

5) Be grateful “every day”

Find something to be grateful for in this situation.

This raises your vibration and engages the Law of Attraction to work in your favor. The more you’re grateful you are, the more experiences you have to be grateful for and it allows you to get into the vibration of solutions.

You’ve just learned five-steps to get unstuck and get your passion back.

So now I’m curious:

1) Did you have an ah-ha’s as you read the post?
2) Do you resonate with being on the climbing rope? If so, which aspects?
3) What “mini” action will you take today to increase your momentum?

Tell me in the comments. I can’t wait to hear about your journey.

See you soon,
