The Challenges Heart-Centered Entrepreneurs Face With Manifesting Money



This week we’re talking about the challenges that face heart-centered entrepreneurs when it comes to manifesting money and yes there are some specific challenges that are unique to you.  


What we’re actually going to talk about first is, what a heart-centered entrepreneur is.

I suspect if you’re reading this then you already are one.

We’re also going to learn 4 of the challenges that might be holding you back. Then I’ll give you 1 tip that will actually help you overcome that so that you can start manifesting money and being a heart-centered entrepreneur.


Because that’s a way to measure the impact in the world, which would be awesome right? It would be incredible!

So let’s start with what is a heart-centered entrepreneur?

  • A heart-centered entrepreneur is one that is motivated by something inside their heart.
  • They have an inner drive to change the world.
  • You were 5 years-old and knew that you were meant for something more and you have been searching for something more ever since.
  • Your business is really a consequence of your searching.
  • When you become that and you mix that up, you’re driven by something, an inner desire. It doesn’t completely make sense.
  • In a way heart-centered entrepreneurs are in business not because they really have a choice but because they’re really driven to do it and they can’t really do anything else. It’s like that was their path and they just started walking it. 

So, are you resonating with the definition of a heart-centered entrepreneur?

When it comes to manifesting a business and abundance, heart-centered entrepreneurs sometimes have challenges that are not the same as people that are motivated by money or ego or something other than their heart.

I’m not saying that those people don’t have heart, or that having an ego is bad, it’s just not the same as being heart-centered. They aren’t coming from that place of service, I want to help the world.

Sometimes they’re coming from a place of I want to make as much money as I can. That’s OK too- It takes all different kinds of people to make this world happen. That’s why we’re here. You can also make as much money as those types of people but there are challenges.

Challenge #1 is, you’re trying to manifest money as your primary motivation and you can’t manifest money that way.

It just doesn’t happen. Your primary motivation is to help the world. You feel like you have a divine path and if you’re going to manifest the money then you have to fold the money into that path.

What I mean by that is that you need to look at it as what do you actually want to do? In my case, I want to help as many women as possible. I want to help them manifest and help them manifest more clients. It really resonates for me, it gets me excited and I love the idea of it.

The money will come because I’m manifesting clients to help them do that.

First and foremost, I am manifesting clients that I love to work with and not for the money. 

The reason I stopped trying to manifest the money for a long time, is because for over a year I focused strictly on the money and the money wasn’t coming in as quickly as I wanted it to. I kept getting frustrated about it and I wasn’t living my dream. I wasn’t living from that place of I want to help.

So if you switch that around the money is actually going to start coming in more freely. So start doing more of what you love and use your primary motivation which is to help clients, which is to help the world and go from that place. 

Challenge #2 is simple. You have a desire for abundance and a desire to be of service but together they don’t click.

So you have beliefs that are out of alignment with that abundance. This is very unique to you, there is no one belief here that applies to everyone.

It could be that you believe that it’s wrong to take money for your services. It can be that you took a vow of poverty in a past life and it’s coming back to haunt you. It can be that you ultimately believe that you have to help everyone else before you help yourself. You have to give of yourself and if you do then you will be closer to God.

There are all kinds of stories that come into play here and ultimately that needs to be cleared out if you want to manifest money.

In the Unexpected Client Challenge, which is FREE, you can actually start to clear some of that. I give you a very simple tool which is to just imagine yourself going through the process of everything you need to do to manifest clients, finding the discomfort and tapping out the discomfort.

You can do that with money as well and just really focus on that. What would it feel like to receive money? To receive an abundance of money, and then to see other people not have as much money as you. Where is the discomfort? Then tap that out. If you can do that you’re going to be able to clear some of these things. It’s essentially what I do with my 90 day clients is basically we really clear the belief systems, and that’s it. That’s really what we’re doing.

Challenge #3 is that you assume that when the money comes then you’ll have an impact.

Actually this is not just a problem for heart-centered entrepreneurs, this one affects everybody.

We assume that once we have the money, we can start to live more, we can take the trips that we want, we can take the courses we want, we can start speaking in public and we will be worthy and deserving then. Whatever it is, you need to actually be able to bring the dream in to the now and go beyond the money and focus on the aspect of what it is that you really want.

Don’t make the money an issue. I’m not saying go out and load up your credit cards, I am saying bring the ‘as if‘ into the now. Start bringing more of what you actually desire, which is not the money, it’s beyond that, into the now. The more you can do that, the faster the money will come to actually help you.

Some people say that the money doesn’t come until you commit, so commit to your big dream. I actually do believe that it doesn’t come until you absolutely decide that it’s happening. Once that happens, the ‘how’ just kind of sorts itself out and it does happen. 

Challenge #4 for heart-centered entrepreneurs? You don’t ask for plenty, you ask for what you need or for just enough!

That has a lot to do with challenge #2, about your belief system and what you actually want. So start asking for plenty, start asking for all that you want and more. the universe is gonna bring it to you in the highest and best way and will add a little bit of love to that.
So go ahead and ask.
If you’re not asking, you’re not going to get it. I’m not just saying what’s written down on a piece of paper, you also have to feel inside that you’re OK with it.  I used to write down that I would love to win the lottery and you know what, it would be nice to win the lottery but I really didn’t care. What I do care about, what I would love to experience the experience of holding that big check and having my picture in the paper. I can feel that.

If you can start asking for things that you can feel, and you can start asking for plenty and it excites you, then the motivation to do what you’re gonna need to do to actually get there and to allow the universe to do its part, is gonna go up ten-fold. Your vibration is gonna go out into the universe, it’s gonna say “OK, she means business” and it’s gonna happen that much more quickly.

It doesn’t mean it’s gonna fall from the sky. It could but likely it’s gonna take some time, so start asking for plenty. You don’t have to ask for just enough, just because you’re a heart-based entrepreneur. You can have plenty. 

The woman that really I think surprised me, and I didn’t know this until recently, is Mother Theresa. 

I think she is probably the best example of a heart-centered entrepreneur. She made more than a hundred million dollars on book sales! You know what, she’s a pretty crazy lady. The money is just an exchange of energy and she totally got that. If you can start to see that as the impact that you make on the world, then that’s great! Look at it from that perspective, you can be you and still make a ton of money. You’re worthy and deserving of it. 

So where do you start? Where do you go with this? This is my tip for you today.

What is your big dream? What is it that really gets your juices flowing? I know some people don’t like that term but what is it that really excites you? What is your next step? Go beyond the money, start dreaming, list that out.

Spend 10,20 25 minutes a day just listing out what it is that you really want in your life. Go beyond the money. What excites you? what excites you in your business? How can you bring more love? You need to love your clients if you’re going to work with them as a heart-centered entrepreneur.

 So what can you choose for yourself?

Fold the money into that. If you want money, which of course you do, we all need money to live. So fold it into your services, fold it into your offers, fold it into your business model and it will come that much easier. Make sure your business model feels good to you.

For me, I didn’t feel good manifesting $5000 packages for 90-days. It’s not that it was wrong, I worked on that belief system for a long time and I did manifest them. I just didn’t want to do 90 days, so I had to tweak that model to help more women. I want to help as many women as possible. 

So how do you tweak your business model, make money and be of service in a way that is in alignment with you?

That’s the question that you have to ask yourself. That’s my tip for today.

Do you have the absolute clarity you need to manifest clients with ease?



What does it really take to manifest clients with ease?

When I first decided to teach Theta Healing, it was because I wanted to learn the modality and because I wanted to make money to take a whole slew of courses. Within eight months, I had manifested more than 40 students and about 25 thousand dollars. It was incredible. Then something funny happening.

Manifesting clients got really hard. All of a sudden, it felt like I was climbing Mount Everest.

Have you ever had a similar experience?

Maybe you got a few clients at the beginning of the business. You weren’t even trying and there they were. Pure magic. Then you decided to focus on manifesting in your business for real and all of a sudden it got hard?
Today I want to tell you this:

It’s totally possible to get back to manifesting clients with ease.

To manifest clients with ease, you need three things.

First, you must have absolute clarity.

You have to know what you want, have decided to manifest and have low resistance to manifesting it in your life.
When I started teaching theta healing, I knew exactly what I wanted. I had zero resistance to allowing it into my life. And I had declared it to the universe and every single one of my friends. When I got back from taking all of those courses, my desire to teach wasn’t as clear. I was exhausted from working full time and I wanted to focus on building my coaching business. My resistance to teaching was high hence the struggle to manifest clients.

Second, you need faith.

You need to believe that what isn’t yet will be.
Faith really means that you have to trust in your abilities, your abilities to choose, the universe, your intuition, and your guidance. It means that you have to see what you want as if it was real. I didn’t know how I would get the money nor how I would get the time off work to go and get trained, I just knew that I would have enough of both. I just knew that I would get trained.

Third, you must take inspired action.

Without action nothing happens.

#1 reason that you stay out of the EASY zone is the “this is too much for me to accept” resistance.

Resistance is created when your unconscious is trying to keep you safe. It might be keeping you from clarity. It might be that you want something more than you want clients (aka FREEDOM, travel).
You might not exactly like where resistance is keeping you, but IT is comfortable. Bottom line, humans resist change.
You don’t have to stay stuck in resistance. You can release it.
The BEST way to start releasing resistance is to admit what you are resisting.
Where ARE you choosing resistance in your life?

Here’s a quick exercise to help you release the resistance you’re experiencing RIGHT NOW.

List all of your answers on a sheet of paper. The more honest you can be about why the resistance, the easier it will be to let it go.
Once you are done with the list, release the resistance to the light with a prayer.
“Dear creator. I thank you for this resistance. I know it’s just trying to keep me safe. I release it to you in the highest and best way. I am done. Thank you.”

Of course it’s not always easy to know what you are resisting.

Resistance by its very nature is there to protect you, so it can easily hide from your conscious mind. But by doing the exercise I suggest above – you CAN bring it into the light, heal it, and RELEASE it. The difficulty in knowing what YOU are resisting is the main reason why I created the Manifesting Booster. You tell me what you want to manifest and I will use my intuitive abilities to show you how to know what blocks are creating resistance.

The #1 Reason Why You’re Not Getting More Clients

How would it feel to manifest a consistent flow of clients each and every week?

Take a moment. Close your eyes. Feel it!

You would feel SO good!

The only problem is how in the world do you go beyond the dream and manifest into your physical reality!

It’s a question that has been asked by many entrepreneurs – including “all” the ones that have figured it out.

The only difference between you and the entrepreneurs that are manifesting consistent clients with ease and grace is that they got themselves into the ZONE.

The ZONE is where the energy flows.

If you were in the zone, you were have little resistance to manifesting more clients. You would be in total and complete alignment with your desires. You would take inspired action. Above all else, you would trust that your actions would lead to results – even when you aren’t sure how it would all work out.  

When you step into the zone, you’ll discover just how easy it is to manifest clients with ease and grace. From my own personal experience, being in the zone, allowed me to manifest more than $25K and manifest more than 200 clients over the last year.  

The first step to getting in the zone is to stop resisting your clients.

Resistance is the act of pushing away what is coming towards you. You want clients, but a part of you is pushing them away.

Resistance keeps you in a comfortable place and makes sure you NEVER get uncomfortable. As uncomfortable as it is to struggle to manifest clients and quite possibly stay broke, it’s way more comfortable than the unknown. So your unconscious fights to keep things as is.

There’s a million things that will cause resistance to MORE clients.

Here are just a few examples that will create resistance to new clients.

  • Fear of being seen.
  • Feeling guilty at the idea of getting paid.
  • Conflicting desires such as the need for rest & relaxation.
  • Belief that you aren’t good enough.

If you aren’t doing what you know you need to do manifest MORE clients, it’s the result of resistance. If you are always manifesting less than ideal clients, it’s the result of resistance.  Ditto if you are always manifesting clients that want to work with you, but that can’t afford to pay you.

Resistance is #1 reason why you don’t get more clients.

The best way to deal way to deal with resistance is to RELEASE it. When you do, you’ll feel hopeful, energized, and comfortable as you take action in your business!

If you fight resistance, you’ll to use a ton of energy to push against it. That works as long as you have the energy to do so, but generally you’ll just end up feeling exhausted, depleted, and discouraged.  

Want to release the resistance to a constant flow of clients?

Try the following clear & release exercise. It doesn’t take more than 5-10 minutes.

  • Write down the number of clients you want to manifest in your business.
  • Connect with your breath by taking a few deep breaths.  
  • Imagine yourself receiving your clients. Really feel all aspects of it. How does it feel? What are you most afraid of? Where is the discomfort?
  • Release the discomfort using EFT tapping. Click here for video instructions:  
  • Repeat the exercise until you feel no discomfort in your ability to receive clients.  

Once you are done clearing resistance, don’t forget to take inspired action. The universe requires action.  If you’re uncomfortable taking action, clear the discomfort using EFT tapping.

How a Daily Manifesting Practice Brings You More Clients

This week we’re talking about how a daily manifesting practice can help you grow your business. It’s a topic that’s really close and dear to my heart. It’s something that I started about a year ago and it really makes a difference in my own business and I know that sharing it with you is a way to up your own game without making it too complicated.

We’re gonna talk about the three things or the four factors that can really make a difference in your own business.

We’re also gonna talk about how to implement a daily manifesting practice without getting overwhelmed.

Anyone know what I’m talking about when I talk about manifesting?  

We all choose these words and before we know it, it becomes this huge thing, but the question is, how do we really manifest it and put it into our daily lives? So we’re gonna talk about that as we get started. Once we’re done we’re gonna have a Q & A.   So let’s get started with today’s topic?

What is manifesting and what the heck does it really mean for your business?

We throw around the word manifesting all over the place but no one ever really talk about what does it really mean for your business?   So we all know that manifesting is the art of co-creating, well maybe, I’m assuming that we all know that. It’s to turn your ideas into reality. So what that means is that everything that you have created or experienced in your life is a manifestation of an idea that came to life.

Whether or not you did it consciously or unconsciously, everything is a manifestation.  

Now when it comes to business, it’s kind of a really big concept. So for me there are three things that are really important when we start talking manifesting and we want to harness the power of the universe and we want to start to consciously bring things into our business and our lives so that we can make them even better.

Really three elements are key.

One, is vibration. You need to feel good. I’m not talking about being Pollyanna all the time, but you have to have a vibration that says “yes, I believe this can be done and yes I can move forward.”

You also need to be in alignment with your desires.

What I mean by that is, often we want to have clients and we want to have money and we want to have fame and whatever it is we want in our lives, but part of us is out of alignment with that.  

It’s like we don’t really want it and we have blocks, we have beliefs and we have fears and that will keep us out of alignment. So if you can clear that stuff and get back into alignment, then your desires have a better chance of coming into being.

Of course, vibration alignment also comes with action and mostly inspired action. [this is the third element]

You know I talk a lot about inspired action because I think it’s really a great way to get to the path of least resistance. It’s not always that way but I do know that if you put those three things together then you end up with results. That is how manifestation comes to life.

One of the things that happens with my clients is that 90% of the time is that they’re already taking action, they’re just not getting the results that they require. And that is when we start to work on the vibration and the alignment aspect.

That’s what we’re working on. Because if your actions are not leading to results, it’s because you’re out of alignment at some point in time in your business. That’s why you hire someone like me or a healer or a coach, because you need to bring that into your existence now.

I always say this, that I love business coaching and all that but at the end of the day business coaching is so much about the how and manifesting brings the other elements of the spiritual aspect into it it’s a little bit woo woo for most people.

A lot of people here manifesting and thing “oh what am I gonna do?” and the reality is that manifesting is what we do all the time.   We are spiritual being and it’s a question of becoming conscious about it.  And my favorite way to do that is to use the daily manifesting practice

Now what do I mean by daily manifesting practice?

Well a practice is something we do on a regular basis, it’s something that we’re able to do over and over again with intention. I don’t mean that it’s the same thing that you do every day, if you have a meditation practice, you’re going to be practicing the same meditation over and over again, breathe in, breathe out and clear your mind.

That’s not my type of meditation. But you’re gonna have to have a practice that you’re dedicated to doing and you’re gonna have to do the best that you can on any given day, that is what I’m talking about with a daily manifesting practice.   If you can bring that into alignment, into your existence so that you can really start to do manifesting.

It’s not enough to know about manifesting, you actually have to practice. You have to open your heart, you have to be allowing yourself to be in alignment, you have to allow the vibration to go up and you have to allow the inspired action to come in so that you can actually take it.  

That is where the daily manifesting practice comes in. Now, I’ll be honest with you, do I do it every day?   No, because I hate consistency, but I’m working on it. Because for me it’s a practice, but do I always do something every day to manifest every day? Absolutely that is a non-stop work for me.  

But consciously taking 10-15 minutes a day and saying “Hey, I’m gonna manifest now.” Is priceless. And hey, by the way, every time I start to do that consistently, two to three weeks in, I start to see a noticeable change in the way that I’m running my business. Clients come, I’m starting to make more money, inspired action comes in, and that is how I really start to harness the power of the universe.

When I get a little comfortable, I drop off and my results start to go down and it sucks! And then I gotta go back to it.   So I know for this month, if you’re in my Facebook group, one of the things that I’m doing is, everyday I’m telling you that I’m doing my practice and I’m keeping myself accountable.

Tell me what you’re doing for your daily manifesting practice.   So you might be wondering, what is it about a daily manifesting practice that will actually help you with your business and how is it gonna do that?   Well there are really four main ways to do that.

Benefit #1: A Manifesting Practice Helps You Get Clear.

The first way is if you’re taking 10-15 minutes a day and you’re getting clear on what it is you want and what your intention is for that day, that week, that month, that year. You’re really bringing your awareness and your focus to what it is that you want. When you have focus, clarity of mind and all the other crap doesn’t really matter, your unconscious and the universe are going to start to work together.

You’re going to start to take action that’s going to bring you into that direction.

You’re also going to be opening yourself up to receive inspired action, because if you don’t know what you want the universe can’t bring it to you and you’re gonna be flopping all over the place. So it’s really a question of allowing yourself to focus so that you can take that next action.  

By taking two minutes to write down a list of things you really want, even if you don’t know how you’re going to pay for them, even better, or if you don’t know how you’re gonna get clients, or you don’t know what it feels like, if you’re gonna take that five minutes and write that clarity down, you’re going to gain so much more focus into your life and you’re going to be able to bring that to the next level. That is one of the key things you get out of a daily manifesting practice and we’re gonna talk about a little bit later, what that means to actually implement and we’re gonna go simple because we really want to make this as simple as possible for you to implement.

I really don’t want to overwhelm you. Which is something I tend to do, I tend to go big most of the time for those of you that know me, I tend to throw everything out there, and so right now my challenge is to bring it back.

Benefit #1: Let’s the universe know what you want.

Alright so, what is the second way that it’s gonna help you with your business?

You’re gonna ask and receive from the universe. So the first thing and you can do this with the daily manifesting practice, with meditation that I offer on my website, it’s in the Free Stuff folder and you’re going to start asking the universe for stuff and the universe is going to start bringing it to you. You’re bringing the consciousness up to the level of the universe and its kind of clearing up all of the crap below it.

More importantly you actually get to start to receive information from the universe. You get to like go “Oh, this is what I’m getting” If you start focusing on what’s working and what you’re receiving and the guidance you’re receiving you’re gonna receive more! That can be clients telling you “hey, I’m loving your work.” It can be “hey, I’m signing up for a clarity call” and they’re just gonna start coming out of nowhere because wherever you focus your attention it’s gonna start to come.

So asking and receiving is key because it brings your focus to what’s already working, so often in business we spend time going “oh this isn’t working, what am I gonna do?” and cry right? And we have a meltdown, which Is what I had last week right? So it happens, right? We bring this back to a daily practice so that we can really bring our focus to what’s there.

Benefit #3: Acknowledge what you receive.  

Alright so I guess the number three is, well I guess ask and receive is one thing and I already covered number three which is listing the evidence. And listing the evidence is key. So often, it’s almost like we have a part of ourselves that says “hey, manifesting isn’t real.”

Because nothing’s happening and that’s because we’re looking in the wrong place. So listing the evidence of what’s going well and what’s really going well in your business, what signs you think you might be getting, that is how you bring yourself into what is working and to bring more awareness to that, and that is how it’s going to help your business because the more you notice what’s working in your business, the more it’s going to work.

It’s really as simple as that. Of course you’re going to keep taking action, of course you’re going to keep being in alignment, the more you do of that, the more you notice of that, the more it will come to you.

Benefit #4: Feel Better!

And then the next piece, and I like to do it as part of my daily manifesting practice is to raise my vibration.

And what I mean by that is, if I’m feeling happy, I want to raise myself up to the next level where I’m feeling ecstatic! If I’m feeling low or if you’re feeling depressed we want to make you feel good, and again it’s not about feeling Pollyanna it’s about finding that place where you’re feeling good enough that you can start receiving into your life. Manifesting in business when you feel like absolute crap it really sucks right?

Who would agree with that right? When you’re already depressed and you’re already stressed out, so this is about taking the time, taking the breath, reconnecting and allowing the energy to flow. When you’re feeling low the energy is not flowing and you’re also in the wrong vibration for the abundance whether that’s clients or money.

So it’s all about being in that vibration of highest vibration, you don’t have to be in that space all the time but you do want to bring it up to that level a little bit every day so that you can spend more time there and the longer you’re in there the better it is.

Abraham hicks calls it the vortex, It’s like a weird concept because people think they have to be in the vortex all the time and the reality is, you just gotta feel good some of the time and you get to choose that, and if you’re not in the vortex that’s cool.

You’re never completely in the vortex and you’re never completely out of the vortex, it’s about bringing the awareness up so that you can start to feel good about somethings in your life and you can start to receive. And you know what, when you feel good everything goes much more smoothly in your business. I think I would agree with that how about you guys?

So how do you implement a manifesting practice?

Well you know what, my practice is a combination of things. I wanted to keep it simple today, especially if you’ve never had a practice because I want you to basically get started and I want you to get it to the most basic minimum.

The first thing that you do is identify 10-15 minutes a day when you’re going to do it.

If you can’t do it every day, that’s OK, do it 3-4 times a week, do it to the best of your abilities and there’s nothing wrong with that.

If you can do it every day I think there’s an advantage to that because I think you’re going to build the flow, you’re going to build the commitment and the accountability, your vibration is going to go up and you’re going to get into alignment and you’re going to bring yourself forward in that way.

So take 10-15 minutes a day, identify if it’s in the morning or in the evening, for me it’s in the morning and I’ve actually started to do it before I do anything else in my day. I don’t do Facebook, I don’t do anything else, I take a shower, I sit down and eat my breakfast and I do my practice.  

Your practice should look like this:

Step 1: Make a list of what it is that you want.

I call it the twenty-five things, start it every day, update it, you don’t have to keep updating everything from scratch. Write your goals down, what are your primary things are you working on. For me it’s very easy, I want to grow my

list to 5000 people, my monthly goal is 30K months and my goal for the year is $300,000. So as I write those goals down, I’m bringing my awareness and my focus to it and I didn’t spend hours and hours doing it. Now sometimes I will review my list of what I wanted yesterday, and I would suggest you start with that list because it will help you start to move yourself forward.

Step 2: Ask for Guidance.

Ok, so you made a list, you write your goals down, then you ask and receive information. Now there’s tons of ways to do that, one of my favorite ways is to use a meditation. It’s from Theta healing, it is available on my website and you can download it in the free stuff folder.

If you go there you’re going to be brought up into a feeling and you’re gonna be sending out bad vibration into the universe, when you go up into a theta state your power of mind goes up exponentially, it’s unbelievable and things that you start to ask for will come to life.

Even things that you’re like, “no, it’s not real!” So a few years ago I asked for help, I asked for a new job and it wasn’t even something like I put a lot of effort into but I was really super connected when I asked and a couple weeks later I received an email from someone I had never heard of before asking me “do you want to apply for this job?” and I knew that if I did, that would be my job.

I actually think it was divine timing as well, that everything started to come into alignment, but my  doing that I started to receive and that started a whole change process.It was the whole beginning of me deciding that I wanted to live a different kind of life. So you start to ask, you start to receive and if you list the evidence in your practice of what you got in the last 24 hours you’re going to be amazed.

Step 3: Bring up your Vibration.

Then you want to bring up your vibration and there’s tons of ways you can do that. I recommend you do some mantras. You take the goals that you have for your business and you write some fun mantras, all they have to do is be in the affirmative and you’re gonna use tapping right?

So it could be something like “Money loves me, I am a 30k a month coach.” And you’re just gonna tap away so that all of that comes in and what you want to make sure with mantras is that you feel them and they make you feel good. If you have to repeat them 10 times, you’re going to repeat them 10 times.

That’s it, that’s really how it is and that’s really all I recommend to start your daily manifesting practice. One of the things you might notice is missing from there is resistance, absolutely I think you should release resistance. But when you’re starting out in a manifesting practice it can be too much so focus on what you can do.

Make it easy for yourself and once you’re comfortable with that, start releasing resistance. 

I don’t mean to spend three days releasing resistance, I mean spend 5-10 minutes a day releasing resistance.

Forgive yourself for the things you haven’t had yet happen, then you start to grow your practice, that is how I do mine, I think that’s how most people should do them. So start with the basics, write your list, write your goals, ask & receive, list the evidence and do some mantras or do something fun to raise your vibration, it’s totally cool.

I want to give you an extra tip here, woo hoo, I love that. So I said that manifesting was about alignment, it’s about vibration but it’s also about taking action. It’s not just enough to go “alright universe, bring everything to me” you know sitting on my couch not doing anything.

Bring me my Ferrari, right?! So you want to take action and if you can do those things in alignment you’re going to start moving yourself forward. Even better if you receive guidance from the universe because if you receive guidance from the universe, it’s what the next action should be so you’re gonna move yourself in the right direction.

How to Listen to Your Internal Compass AND Grow Your Business

Hello and welcome everyone, welcome to today’s Blab.

Today we’re talking about how to use your internal compass to grow your business.   It’s one of my favorite topics and it really makes me feel inspired to talk about it because as business owners we have this intuition within us.

If we could just tap into it we would be able to grow our businesses exponentially. Not just from a money standpoint but from an impact standpoint we could really step into ourselves and do even more in the world. That is why I think we’re here and why we have our businesses in the first place.

So we’re gonna talk about what your internal compass is and about 4 signs are that you might not be hearing or listening to your internal compass. Then we’re gonna talk about what you can actually do to listen to your internal compass and how to practice that. Because at the end of the day manifesting, spiritual stuff, anything from a mindset perspective, it’s all a practice.

When I say ‘a practice’ it’s like yoga or meditation, you do it on a regular basis and when you fall off the horse you just want to come back on and keep doing it, and there’s no need to beat yourself up. It is a practice which means some days you’ll do really well and some days you won’t do so well. So go ahead and allow that practice to come into your life.

What the heck is your internal compass?

Alright, so you might be wondering, and this is the big question, what the heck is the internal compass? Where does that term even come from?   So internal compass really refers to our gut feeling, our intuition, our inner knowing. And you know what’s right for you ultimately if you can hear it, if there’s no noise around it.

The first time I heard the term, internal compass was from Wayne Dyer.   I was watching his movie The Shift and he was talking about it. The whole scene was pretty set up, but at the particular moment he was talking about it, the mom goes to the child “OK, lunch is ready, come and eat” and the child says “I’m not hungry.” She was about to tell him to come and eat, because it’s time to eat, but because she had been having this discussion about internal compass, she decided to let him play and come and eat when he was ready, and a few minutes later he was coming.

I thought that was really interesting because it goes down to the core of how do we learn throughout our lifetime, and how do we actually stop to feel our internal compass and do what everybody else wants?   Because that’s basically what it is.   We stop listening to it[compass], we stop trusting it and we don’t even hear it anymore and it really starts in childhood.

Our parents are like, you have to eat NOW because it’s lunch time or it’s dinner time, even when you’re not hungry. I like the idea of food, it’s a big part of my life, and how often do we eat because it will make everyone else happy or because we feel like we should instead of “am I actually hungry and will this make me feel good?” and what is my internal compass saying about that?

Food is very basic, but when it comes to your business you have this same sort of internal compass.   You know what feels good to you but you don’t always listen, because we’re trained not to. We’re trained to trust everyone else before we trust ourselves. So that is the problem. If you could bring yourself back into your alignment, to allowing who you are and walk into your light, which really means walk into your life, which means, how am I feeling, what feels really good to me, what am I inspired to do, and allowing yourself to do that regardless of what everybody else is doing or saying.

I’m not saying that’s good to ignore everybody else, and stop caring and not be considerate, being nice and all of that but it is a question of how can you be in your alignment when you’re not listening to your inner compass. You can’t. And you can’t run your business from that place.   When it comes to your business, how do I say this?

There’s so much white noise and conflicting information everywhere.   If you want to know how to grow, Heather’s saying “yes absolutely!”   If you want to know how to start growing your business, once person will tell you to start getting visible on Facebook and another will tell you to grow your email list. A big thing lately is funnels and as soon as you bring your attention to that.

You’re gonna find that people are telling you twenty different things.

So what do you do? You follow your internal compass. But for that you need to know how to check in with it and know what feels right for you.   “it’s easy to get brainwashed on Facebook.” Debbie says.

Absolutely! It’s easy to forget ourselves and to know what’s right, it’s not to saying that the information that you’re getting is wrong, it’s that we’re forgetting to integrate ourselves in the process.

We’re putting what feels really right to us aside to saying go to it, and that is the issue time and time again and I’ve done it with Facebook posts.   I was told you have to post five times a day in three different groups or you’re not going to get any clients. Which, you know what, that is a tactical strategy and it works for some people. The problem was that I got really tired, I got exhausted, and I couldn’t give anymore and I burned out.   So, at some point in time I had to say, “hey, what is right for me?”   I’m taking a step back so that I can lean into my business because that’s what’s feels right for me. That’s what being in compass and in alignment really means and you have to be able to listen to your compass.

If you don’t [listen to your compass], you’re going to get tired, stay afraid and you’re always going to be looking for that external validation.

Debbie says “that’s the strategy I did and it’s not easy for a creative person to do, it gets tedious.” Absolutely! And you know what Debbie, it works for a while and there’s balance, so you have to bring it back into what works for you, what doesn’t and how do you bring it forward?

For me the thing that I looked at was, one, I was burned out I couldn’t do it anymore. Then I asked myself, what are really successful people doing? Are they posting on Facebook five times a day? Absolutely not!

They’re selling things, they’re proposing solutions, they’re doing it differently- and I started to expand my horizons and go, what might fit really well for me? That is how to listen to your internal compass.

We’re gonna talk a little bit more about that as we go through the blab, and thank you so much for the comment Debbie that was really so nice. It’s not easy for anyone, I think it’s a recipe for burnout personally, for everyone, unless you’re like completely fresh and you have nothing else to do.

What are 4 signs?

Yesterday I only had 3, so today I added one just for you. So what are 4 signs that you’re not listening to your internal compass?

The first one [sign] is that you look to others for permission for everything, and to know what’s right.

So the reason I hired my coach last year was because I needed permission to go forward with I already knew. I already knew I needed to get more visible, I already knew that I needed to put out offers, that’s the very thing I could do with the knowing was to move forward.

We’re gonna actually do an exercise to help you with that in a little bit Debbie.   When I talk about giving yourself permission. I hired a coach because I couldn’t give myself permission and really when we’re doing that we’re not listening to our internal compass and really it may be fine some of the time to hire a coach to say “hey, Nathalie you can do this.”

But ultimately if you’re gonna have a successful business, you’re gonna have to listen to your intuition to say hey what is right for me? What fits and what doesn’t?

The other thing, when you keep asking other people, it’s great when they’re telling you what you already know, but what happens when they’re telling you not to do what you already know is right for you?   I’ve had that especially from family, they think I should go back to work, some of them, not all the time, but they’re continuously telling me are you going back to work? Are you going back to work? it’s a question of, when it doesn’t come back, what happens with that permission? It’s not there.

So you have to be able to give yourself permission to do what you want to do in your business and what feels right to you.   And that may not be dropping your job right away, it may not be selling $5,000 packages, it might just be that you’re inspired to do something and you’re gonna do it no matter what happens and you’re gonna trust the universe.

But you have to give yourself permission to be able to do that and nobody else is ever going to do that for you. Even if you’re hiring a coach to give you permission, at the end of the day you just had some weird logic in there to say “hey, I’m gonna get permission, I’m gonna hire that person to give me that permission.” It’s kind of like a twisted way of doing it and it comes back to trusting what your intuition is pulling you to do. And giving yourself permission to do that.   So what is the second sign that you’re not listening to your inner compass?

Your business doesn’t feel good or a part of it doesn’t.

It could be that your offers don’t feel good or your clients don’t feel good or your webinars don’t feel good. That’s generally a really good sign that something is off and your intuition is saying wait!!

Now there’s a danger here and I didn’t know if I wanted to talk about that because I didn’t want you to think that it’s all about feeling good. Business is gonna feel all sorts of stuff, you’re gonna have emotions all over the place.   What you can do however is say “hey internal compass, heart, what can I do to feel good about whatever it is I’m trying to create?” And you know what?

It’s gonna be very interesting because you’re gonna get different answers. It might be that you need to drop your offer, it might be that you need to work through your fears and hire a manifesting coach I’m just kidding, kinda.   But you could also say hey, I’m just gonna create another offer.

Your internal compass will tell you what to do if you just ask it.   A great place for this in our business is with pricing. We all have all sorts of packages and it’s really difficult to know what is the right price and what isn’t and everybody has an opinion like it should be $5 or it should be $500 ok well that’s a little extreme, or $1000. What is the right price? It has to feel good to you. So recently I went up to $500 a session because everyone was telling me I should have $500 sessions.

Well guess what, they don’t feel good to me and I stopped selling them.   That is what happens when you’re not listening to your internal compass.   Now my internal compass doesn’t say stop selling them at $500 it says clear your fears, clear your blocks and then start feeling worthy of receiving because then that is what I need to do to be comfortable with that.

For you it might say, “hey don’t do that, do $300 because that feels really good to you.” And I’m talking to you about the $500 and there’s a part of me that wants to say to you, you know what, I don’t think I’m ever gonna sell a session at $500, particularly because I think it’s crazy.   I don’t think there’s a lot of value in a session for an hour for $500. And so it has to be a clear process, and it is an evolution.

If you listen to your intuition, and if you ask for guidance and you’re able to listen to it and take action from there, then you’re going to sell.   You’re going to inspire, you’re gonna change the world. Debbie says “same for me. I was told to up my fees, my sales dropped off and my intuition said to drop my fees and serve more people.” That is absolutely wonderful.   If I were working with you as a client, and I do this with my clients, I would have you check for fears, I would have you check where you’re uncomfortable before you made that decision.

Because if you can clear where you’re uncomfortable you can really hear your internal compass. If your internal compass is telling you to drop the fees, then you have to ask yourself, are the fees worthy of you?   Because you don’t want to undercharge either. But if you can clear your fears, maybe using EFT tapping around it and your uncomfortableness around it, you’ll be able to make the right decision.

And that is what I do with my clients, it’s what I do with everyone.   Clear your emotions so you can make your right emotion. Sometimes your unconscious beliefs are saying to you, I must never charge X for a session for an hour, or I’m not worthy of it.   If we can change those beliefs it can give you clarity of what you do really want.

You’re compass already knows but sometimes your beliefs and your story around it is gonna be really hard and can stop you from making that decision for yourself as you move forward. Make sense everyone? So give me some hands if you like it.   So what is the third sign that you’re not listening to your internal compass?

The third sign that you’re not listening to your internal compass is that you’re doing things to please other people even though you know that it sucks for you.

You know that it doesn’t feel good to you.

I added this one today because yesterday I was doing this webinar and I was having so many technical issues and I was a little bit frazzled.   I don’t know if I was channeling like oh my god this is weird, and as I was doing it, someone decided to go in and unlock the seat and I approved it, even though I said I would rather wait until the  Q & A.

I dropped off what was really important to me and I allowed that to happen  even though my intuition said: this is weird. It’s a guy, what does he want? It’s a troll! Well it turned out to be a troll and he talked about things that were in appropriate during my webinar.   So I get to do this again today- woohoo.

If you’re doing thing to please other people and it’s pissing you off then you either have to release your obligation to them and choose if you really want to.   Because if you can choose, if you can say “hey, what does my compass say to me today?” and follow it regardless of what other people say then you’re gonna honor yourself.

Where is it in society that says we have to honor everyone else before we honor ourselves?   It’s weird, it’s screwed up, and sometimes it’s about releasing the beliefs around that.   So about a year ago, my mother moved and I was going to help her, and it was about 5 o’clock in the morning and I was in the shower and man was I pissed off.   I felt like, man is this gonna suck so I asked the universe, how can I have a better day?

And I heard, Nathalie, clear your obligation!   And I started to laugh because my choice was to feel obligated and I released that and all of a sudden my choice was to go help my mother. I actually wanted it, so my alignment and my compass started to become together and I started to feel really good.

And your compass will tell you what you need to do to start feeling good about what you want in your business and in your life. So you can ask for information and we’re gonna figure out how to do that in just a minute. Alright, so what is number four?

Four is when you’re asking for guidance and you’re not listening to it!

Maybe you’re going to psychics, maybe you’re going to do a meditation or maybe you ask before you go to bed and you get clarity during the night and you get the information back to you and it’s not exactly the information that you want so you ignore it.

So for the last few months in my business I’ve been asking for clarity, what I can actually do to grow my business and what would feel better to me, because a part of my business really didn’t feel good.   I was getting the intuition that I shouldn’t focus on my $5000 package and everyone was telling me I should focus on that so how the heck was I supposed to do that. And really I kinda like working with my 90 day clients so like, what’s the deal?

I also saw that I should focus on creating a new offer and I was like do I really want to do this offer? Man, I didn’t want to hear what the information was and for months I’ve been getting the same information over, and over, and over again, but I’ve been ignoring it.   I didn’t want to hear it and I was kind of pissed off because it wasn’t what I wanted, you know and so earlier this week, I had enough and I surrendered.   So I was like, I’m gonna have a healing session around it, so I called a friend of mine, and so we had a healing session and so what I discovered was my guidance wasn’t telling me to drop everything, it was telling me to re-focus on inspiration.

To be an inspiration to you and I thought “oh, that’s really nice.” And yeah, and the next step is to do this, and it’s interesting because I hadn’t wanted to take that next step, but every time I have taken that next step and listened to my guidance.   It happens to me when I’m like “OK, I can’t deal with this anymore show me the way and I’ll do it.” right?   I take the step and I stop resisting and I just do it, magical things happen.

If any of you know about this offer, I did it last August, I was really desperate, it was August 21st and I was like alright, I’m giving up. Tell me what I have to do to make some money in my business?   I was really quite stresses out about it. I was like, alright, what do I do?

And I was shown the vibrational tune up. I hadn’t had that inspiration before and I was like, oh nah, nah, and that day I was like OK what the heck, this is what I’m being shown to do, I’m gonna do it and by the end of the day I had made $600 which was $100 more than I had demanded from the universe.

I went on to sell fifty of these and it grew my business significantly for the next three months and everything went really well. That’s what happens when you ask for guidance, you get it, you receive it and if you’re allowing yourself to receive it then to act on it, you’re gonna be able to get yourself moving forward.   Often we say we don’t hear it so I’m going to give you a trick on that.

What do you hear? What do you notice about your guidance? What if you knew?   The reason I say that is a lot of people will say “Oh I don’t see anything in meditation or I don’t know what it’s meaning.” You know what, you’re always getting signs, if you think it’s a sign it’s a sign. The question you have to ask is what does it mean to you? If you can answer that question for yourself, you’re going to move yourself in tons of direction and do really well.

Alright, so you just learned the four signs that you may not be listening to your inner compass.

Maybe you were looking for other people to give you permission, maybe you’re doing this ns for other people even though it really doesn’t feel good for you, and perhaps a part of your business doesn’t feel good- that’s a great sign.   And of course you might be receiving information and you’re just not listening to it, and you’re saying errrr don’t act on it! Those are the four signs.

So how do you start listening to your INNER compass?

How do you start to move yourself forward into that place where you can really listen to your intuition and hear it?   Because if you can hear it, you can start to take action on it, and that is a practice.

If you’re going to imagine yourself you could use guided visualizations, you can do all of that but today I wanted to go a little bit outside of that norm and give you something else, because it’s not always about meditation, it’s not always about being guided through the process and sometimes you just want something really quick.

What you can do is take out a sheet of paper and you’re gonna decide on what it is that you want to ask questions about.   Maybe it’s that you want clarity on what your package should be or do you need to make more money in your business, get clear on what it is you want more of and what you need guidance on in your business at this moment. Then you’re going to formulate a question for the universe and the reason I say this is because it’s easy to get lost when you’re talking.

So what you can do is say, “I want to know how I can make more money?” but instead of saying how, you’ll say, “What might need to happen for me to make more money and be of service into my business and how can I help more people? What might need to happen to achieve my goals? “And even me I have a hard time saying, not using how.

So use an open ended question, because then the universe is gonna give you more information coming back and it’s gonna make it easier to have a conversation.It’s like if you were asking is it black or white? Well, the universe is gonna come back to you with black or white.

So instead of that you’re gonna go, “alright, what might need to happen to create the feeling that you want in your offer or in your Facebook post?   Whatever it is that you’re trying to do. And use an open ended question, and then what you’re gonna do is take out a sheet of paper like this one and you’re actually gonna wanna have a pen and paper handy when you do this exercise.

So what you’re gonna do is you’re gonna write with your dominant hand and for most people that’s the right hand and if you’re left handed you’re gonna want to do it with the other hand, and you’re gonna write out your question.   Take a few breathes before you do this so you can really connect, in & out, just connect with your heart and then write out a few questions with your right hand.

So compass or heart, what needs to happen in order for me to manifest more money in my business.

What needs to happen next?   And then you’re going to answer the question with your non dominant hand, so for most of you that’s your left hand. So you’re gonna answer and you’re gonna write out the answer. You’re gonna see that the answers come very naturally.   So some people when they write out, like me, I can’t see what I’m going to write, so I actually hear the answer and I write it out with my right hand, so I’m kinda cheating, so if you don’t have to cheat don’t cheat, you want to go with the left hand, you really want to allow that to come in.

So you’re gonna get an answer back that says “you need to stop focusing on selling your $5000 and focus on inspiration” ok so now what do I do? I can sit with that or I can ask another question. With my right hand, my dominant hand, I could say “what would that look like in my business, what do you suggest?”

And the left hand will answer that, and it might say “you need to do a monthly circle” which is the answer I’ve been getting. And then you’re like OK, I go that and then you go back and you ask, “What might be the best way to do that, and when do I put it out there?” You’re gonna get more information the more you ask.   So often what happens is we ask the question but then we forget to ask the second one or the third one. It’s the same when we go into a meditative state and we ask the universe for guidance, we’re not necessarily hear it or feel it or get an image, but we sometime get something and we forget to ask the next question.

You get to have the conversation with your spirit, with your soul, with your heart and your inner compass is all of that. It knows the path of least resistance, if you just ask the questions it will show you.

The next piece to that is, once you have it, you gotta trust it! If you can trust it, you can really take it to the next level.   You always have a choice; do you want to follow it or not? That is always up to you. We have the law of free will, so we can choose what we act on. My experience is what I get, if it’s clear and feels good to me, I’m gonna follow it.   I’m actually going to be practicing that in the month of March every single day. In my newsletter that’s going to be coming up, I’m going to be inviting you to join me on that, because it is a practice and it is a practice to trust and see, and it doesn’t always have to be huge things.   It can just be “hey, today I need to follow up with an old client or an old clarity call or it could be today I just need to go sit in the coffee shop and have a great conversation with the person next to me.”

Our intuition, our compass is always there and if we learn how to listen to it, we’re going to be able to grow our businesses exponentially and it’s gonna be way more fun.

Today’s topic is all about the critical step that you must take to use powerful manifesting in your business. We’re all entrepreneurs, we all want to manifest loads of clients, we want to help the world and we want to manifest a business that’s in alignment with us and that includes our clients. So what is the most critical that we have to do and how do we really manifest it? I’m not going to go through all of that tonight, what we’re really gonna focus on is that one critical step. Once you know what that is, I’m going to give you some tips and tricks on how implement that in your daily life and in your business so that you can start to up your game when it comes to manifesting. If you don’t know me, my name is Nathalie Guerin and I am a manifesting business coach. I help female entrepreneurs manifest better clients in their business and yes that usually ends up meaning more money. My whole thing is that it’s about being in alignment. If you can get yourself in alignment, raise your vibration and take consistent action then your business is going to be sky rocket. I absolutely love doing that, it’s really a privilege and an honor to be able to do that. Let’s talk about manifesting.

We all know that first step to manifesting is that you have to know what you want and why you want it. It might be two steps but it’s really one, and everybody says it’s the most important step when it comes to manifesting, because if you don’t really know what you want then you don’t really have a target and you can’t start to create it into your life and the universe can’t really bring it to you because you just don’t know. So you have to know what you want. So if you’re listening to this right now, what do you want? Get specific. How many clients do you want? What do you want, and more than that why is it important to you in your dream? I’m not just saying what are you going to do with the money you get, I’m saying why is it important for you to do this work? How does it tie into the bigger picture? That’s really the first step in manifesting. You have to be able to answer those two questions because of you don’t nothing else will matter. But I don’t think it’s the most critical step when it comes to manifesting.

The most critical step is feeling.

You have to be able to feel what it is that you want in your business. By feeling, I mean closing your eyes and imagining something happening to you in your business, whether it’s getting clients, converting clarity calls, talking in public. Whatever it is that you’re trying to build in your business, you have to be able to feel it inside your heart. When you can feel it, you know that it’s already happened. When it’s already happened it’s just a matter of catching up to it and taking a few actions to actually make it happen.

If you can’t feel it then that will create doubt in your space. There are three things you really should know about feeling. [If you can’t imagine it, then it can’t come true] So here’s an example, so if you can’t close your eyes and really feel what it is that you want in your business, then your unconscious is saying that it’s not really possible. When that happens, when something isn’t really possible, then your unconscious and the universe are saying hey that’s not possible so they are going to do everything they can to make sure that that’s not possible. Take for example the feeling of, it could be anything in your business, so I’m gonna give you an example that is non business related and for me it’s about dating.

I want to go out and start dating and the reality is when we’re able to feel what actually happens is, we’re able to imagine it happening. But if you can’t feel it then you can’t move yourself forward. So when I talk about dating or I imagine dating I can’t actually imagine going out on a date, much less imagine myself going up onto a website and signing up. So it’s actually in my mind, it’s impossible to do that. Until I can start to feel it, until I can start to really start to imagine it and feel it in my body, dating is not gonna happen. It’s the same thing with your clients.

If you can’t imagine yourself selling your packages, if you can’t imagine yourself. If you can’t imagine yourself seeing everything that’s coming towards you, you can’t feel it, then it’s not reality and your unconscious is gonna say it’s not happening and everything that you do is gonna prove that to you.   So that’s why it’s really important to be able to feel it.

[If your feeling “bad” when you imagine, it’s going to be extra hard to manifest]

If you can feel it and you know you can kinda imagine it but your feeling kinda like, it’s gonna happen, it’s not, you have a lot of doubt, you have a lot of fear then that’s also a bit of an issue because I want you to be able to feel good about something, the whole thing. If you’re imagining getting clients and it’s making you feel scared or guilty or tired, you’re not gonna manifest clients, there’s a good chance, or as many as you like, or the clients you want because you’re gonna be like Noooooo I don’t want to feel that way.

There’s no better reason in the world not to manifest clients than when you’re feeling stressed about the idea of getting clients. So in my own business, November, December last year, my business crashed, all of my 90 day clients.

I basically had nothing and it was weird because for months I was doing really, really, really well in my business. I was, everything was happening and it was like all of a sudden I crashed. It took me two months to realize that the reason I crashed was because the idea of visualizing and feeling it, what I was feeling was the idea that if I was to work with clients I would get even more tired and I really, really just didn’t want that.

So I stopped and it wasn’t conscious, it was unconscious, but my unconscious said you don’t want to be tired so we’re gonna do everything in our power to make sure that that doesn’t happen. I manifested clarity calls, but they were always people who weren’t quite in alignment with what I wanted, and what I offered, they were people who didn’t have money, it was all of the fears that I had had for months started to come to the surface.

You want to be able to clear those blocks so that you can really feel good about the imagery that you want in your business. So if you’re wanting to feel something then it has to feel good and you have to be able to go, alright receive clients, have clarity calls, work through the clients and do that whole perspective so that you can get to the end of it and go ahhh this feels really good.

If it feels really good from A-Z then there’s probably no blocks, but if you can feel it and start to send that feeling out into the universe, your vibration gets sent out and the Law of Attraction starts to return it to you. I absolutely love that because it’s been something that I’ve been doing recently and it’s almost like my clients are being called to me, just because I’m sending out this vibration. Every time that I send it out, I see it coming back to me and I start to feel it even more, there’s a sense of, it’s happening and instead of feeling my clients come towards me, I feel my clients with me. It’s really awesome and I know that I’ve been manifesting more clients because of it ever since I’ve been able to really feel it. I manifested a 90-day client this week, last week it was a 6-week client, so just by feeling it and practicing it every day things are coming into alignment. I actually think that feeling is the most important step in manifesting because if you can’t feel it, and we all bypass this step because we think, what do you want, why do you want it, take action, ask the universe but we all skip over the step of feeling.

But when you can feel, and you can really truly feel what it is that you want in your business, you really get certain clarity within you that this is happening and that there is no doubt, and it removes the doubt, which is why it’s so important to actually do in your business.

Alright so how do you feel? How do you start to feel something that you’ve never felt before?

Unless you’ve had like $5,000 clients before or like full clientele, of if you’re new at converting or if you’re struggling through that how do you start to feel what it is you want without actually having it done before? And that is a really key question that a lot of my clients ask and it’s really about practicing.

First, there’s a few ways that I like to do this and one is visualization.

Some people will say, ugh visualization, I have visualization. I haven’t really talked about it because for me it’s not really about visualization, for me it’s about feeling it and so a great way to do this is to imagine yourself having all the clients that you want and really feeling what you want to feel when you’re with your clients and what will your clients feel like and you bring that into your imagination and you allow it to be and you just feel it and that’s enough.

A minute to two minutes every day of that will send out a very clear vibration that you’re ready for clients and it will tell your unconscious that “hey I have clients” because your mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s not. So when you feel something, everything lines up and says “Hey, I’m great” right? Secondly, I particularly like this because not everyone is into visualization, so I particularly like this one.  So it’s to surround yourself with an environment that makes it real for you and that says “Hey this is really happening” so you kinda fake it until you make it. Jack Canfield when he wrote Chicken Soup for the Soul, which spent 18 months on the NY Times Best Seller list, basically what he had done before that was he had put signs up in his house with the fact that he was the best seller and when it came to be he was on there for 18 months. He surrounded himself with proof before it even happened, that it was real.

It’s really about allowing yourself to go there and allowing the information to come into your space. A great way to think money, because I know abundance blocks come up when we’re manifesting in our businesses, is to fake being rich!

Recently I actually decided to put everything into QuickBooks, the difference between before and after id phenomenal. Do I have a whole lot more money? No but I feel in control of it and I feel in manage of it and I feel like that’s what rich people do. In my mind I’m becoming rich just because of it and I can really feel it.

If you don’t want to go that far you can put hundred dollar bills in your wallet and just start to feel what that would be like. Just by doing little physical things like that, you’re actually bringing the feelings into your day to day, so you don’t always have to stop and go “OK I have to feel”, right? That’s pretty cool to, you can set an alarm on your clock or you can just have little signs everywhere that remind you that you need to feel in that moment.

The third way is to use mantras. I use them on a daily basis and I have like 10-15 of them that I use in my business and I repeat them and I change them every once in awhile and sometimes I’ll add one or modify one. One of them that I have right now is “All of my invoices are paid quickly and easily and on time” and it’s really amazing to me because as soon as I send out an invoice it gets paid like that. It’s only been since I started this mantra- Ahh I love that one to Melissa, do you have a favorite mantra Melissa?

Go ahead and put it in the comments. Awesome. The other piece that I do in my business is I write an evidence log. Every day I come up and I say “how is the universe supporting me?” and I write it out and this is something I’ve been doing on and off for the last few months, actually since July of last year, and I started doing it really regularly in February, once a day, and one it makes me feel really good and I start to see the proof and the evidence and my mind starts to focus on what it is that I want.

The more I can focus on it the more I can feel it because the closer I get to it. So these are all ways to start feeling what we do in our business and what we really want. So if you can feel it you can manifest it. So this was our Blab for tonight. Alright so you’ve just learned the key step to manifesting, which is feeling. If you’re going to do anything with manifesting, start to feel what it is that you want.

How to make sure your vibe says “I want clients?”


I’m really excited about this topic and I can’t wait to share it with you. This week what we’re talking about is our vibration. Does your vibe that you’re sending out into the universe say “I want clients” or “stay away from me”?


This is what we’re talking about today and the way we’re gonna do it is this. We’re gonna talk about what vibration is because I realize not everybody is on the same page necessarily. Then we’re going to talk about the 4 signs that maybe you’re not quite sending out the right vibe.

Then we’ll talk about how you fix it. I’ll also share an exercise with you….   How you make sure that your vibe says “I actually want clients” not only consciously but unconsciously. How do you actually integrate that into your body?   I’m really excited for you. I love this particular exercise that I’m going to give you at the end.

I was thinking about this earlier and how to explain it.   Have you ever walked into a room where two people had been fighting and you can just feel that you walked in on something, even though you hadn’t been in the room before, but you just know that these two people were having a fight? Does that sound familiar to you? If it does then give me some hands, I would love that. That is the vibration that they were sending out.

You don’t need to know or be aware of what actually happened in the room, you’re just going to know, you’re going to feel it. That’s because you’re feeling the vibration of someone else and what they sent out into the universe, and you have receptors and you’re feeling it. Now the Universe is much bigger and the energy of creation is complete vibration. We’re continuously sending out signals into the universe and they are completely coming back to us.

What happens with our vibration is that they get reflected back to us. Now I know that they Law of Attraction says that we’re attracting what we send out but what we’re really attracting is our vibration. For me the way I see the Law of Attraction is, I see it like a mirror. So when you send out a vibration into the universe, the Law of Attraction says “OK, I hear you” and it reflects that back to you, and in the process sends you similar vibrations.

So when we’re talking about wanting clients, what happens is if you have a vibration of being unsure or you don’t know, what happens is the vibration you send out to the universe says “well, I’m not sure I want clients” and so the clients aren’t necessarily going to come as easily as they should. That is the challenge behind vibration.

Your job is to make sure that you feel good and that the things that you want, really get sent out there, and that the universe is super clear about what you want so that it can reflect that back to you. If you’re feeling shitty all the time and you’re feeling depressed, it’s actually really hard to manifest abundance and clients because those are in a vibration of NOT having. It’s not just that you have one vibration all the time, you’re gonna be all over the place. Sometimes it’s gonna be good, sometimes it’s gonna be not so good and for some things it’s going to be good and for some things it’s not gonna be quite so good.  

HOT TIP: If you’re gonna manifest clients you need to make sure that your vibration is clean with respect to clients.  

What that means is, you want to make sure that you are excited about having clients, that you’re excited about attracting clients to you, about getting paid by them and that you absolutely love it, because that will get you to that vibration of “Yay, I want clients!”  

What are 4 signs that you’re not in that vibration? The very first one, and I absolutely love this one, is you don’t have clients.   Does that happen to you? Or you’re not getting as many clients as you like and that could very well be that you’re in the wrong vibration.

Most of the time, it’s mostly because you really haven’t committed to getting more clients, or the story you tell yourself is keeping you away from actually wanting clients and I’m going to get into that in just a second.

So that was really the first scenario, so if you’re not attracting as many clients as you want, you’re probably in the wrong vibration.   The second sign or scenario is; you’re actually afraid people will see you.

What I mean by that is, when I first started my business I was really afraid that people would know that I was a psychic, that I was an intuitive, that I was a spiritual healer and a coach because I had this whole other life in IT and the two didn’t really match. So I only put myself out there a little bit because I was so afraid that anybody would know what I do, because I thought that would have repercussions on to my life.

I was sending out a vibration of “I don’t want clients because I don’t want you to see me, I’m afraid for people to see me.”   I was trying to be really compartmentalized, and if you’re trying to make yourself visible and out there, you cannot compartmentalize. You have to decide that you’re gonna own it and you’re gonna put yourself out there.

By the way, for me, the way I did that was, I created a blog post and I told everybody that I was psychic, I told everybody what I was afraid for them to know and I sent it to everyone, friends, colleagues, and family. I just told them, because it got rid of the fear and my vibration changed to “I want clients,” because now it was actually ok to have clients.   Sign number three that you’re in the wrong vibration is you’re unconsciously afraid that you’re actually going to get clients.

Now, this kinda sounds funny a little bit but just hear me out for a second.   So let’s say that you imagine yourself on stage and you’re comfortable with the amount of people surrounding you, right?

Then you imagine yourself having them come up to you, they’re gonna pay you and you’re gonna have to pitch to them, well not really pitch but you’re gonna have to offer your services, you might actually end up with a client or two and all of that has fears attached to it.

You might be afraid of asking for money.

You might be afraid of getting paid for your services.

You might be afraid that you’re going to lose your work life balance if you start getting clients in the numbers that you want.   All of those are unconscious or underlying reasons that support your vibration that says “please don’t bring me clients, like I just can’t deal with it.”

 So what you want to do is just be aware of that, and we’re gonna go ahead and clear that.   That’s really the crux of it all, when you have something that you’re trying to manifest and it’s just not coming, clients, clarity calls, money in your business, whatever that might be.

What actually happens is, it’s what’s underneath that the problem. You’ve gotta dig a little bit to find out what’s really there for you.   Just remember that whatever fear, whatever vibration you’re sending out, it’s supporting you in some way.

Find that gentleness, you don’t have to beat yourself up, you just have to be aware of it so you can choose something different. That’s really how it works.

Another sign that you’re kind of afraid of being visible and you’re not sending that vibration of “I want clients” and you’re saying please don’t look at me, is maybe on social media.

I know that a lot of people are on Facebook, but you’re either not showing up consistently. You’re not letting people know how great your services are, you’re not talking about who you are, you’re not being of service, and you’re kind of scrolling Facebook feeds but you’re not actually doing anything. Or maybe if you do it, you just do it a little bit at a time, and you do it once on Monday and then maybe three weeks from now you do another ad.

I’m exaggerating but the reality is if you want to be visible, your action has to match that, otherwise your vibration is gonna say “you’re not serious, you don’t really want clients.” And the Universe is going to return that back to you. So you need to clean up your vibration and the very first thing you need to clean up your vibration is deciding that you consciously want clients. No matter what fear there is, you know what, decide that you are an entrepreneur with clients, and that clients pay you well.  

It’s like the best thing you can do for yourself is to get super clear. Whenever I get like a lull in my manifesting for clients, what’s really happening is that my decision and my clarity has gone, or I’m not really sure that I want clients. It happens especially when I’m particularly tired, and it does happen, especially at the end of the year.

Last November, I went from a hundred to like nothing because I was super tired. Honestly, my vibration, even though I kept saying I wanted clients, I really just didn’t friken want clients, it was just too much. So admit that to yourself, be honest with yourself because when you are then you can let it go and you can get past it and you can really get to that next place.   How do you make sure that your vibration is clean?

You’re gonna use your imagination and the power of it. The little exercise that I wanna do tonight is based on the third principal that we talked about which is ‘what do you imagine? Can you envision yourself going through the process[of getting clients]?’

  • So I’m going to ask you and invite you to close your eyes, and just take in a few breaths. Breathe in through your nose and down to your belly and exhale, and just connect with your breathe.
  • If you want to receive unconditional love, then just go ahead and say yes and creator of all that is, is commanded to send unconditional love to all of those who are listening right now and actually want to receive love and help. [if you want this now, please comment below and I will reply saying that I have sent it.]
  • I want you to imagine yourself, walking up to your tribe, on a stage, maybe the stage is dark, maybe it’s all full of light, maybe there’s an audience, but whatever you do, you walk onto stage and you notice what it feels like to walk up on to stage.
  • Are you being dragged? Are you wanting to be there? Where is the comfort and the discomfort?
  • Just notice, knowing that it is perfectly right. And as you get to the stage, you notice if there are people in the audience, you feel people in the audience.
  • Does it feel good to be seen by the people in the audience? What does it actually look like to you? What does it feel like? Are you like ‘Yeah, give me visibility, I’m being seen’ or are you trying to be hidden? Are you terrified?
  • Now, if the lights weren’t already on, they come on, and the stadium fills with your tribe and you become super visible and just take a moment and see what that feels like, notice, does it feel good, does it feel stressful, do you want to run away? Where is that and how does it feel?
  • Now imagine yourself talking to this beautiful group of people, and letting them know how you can help them. How does that feel to you? Do you feel nervous? Do you want to hide? Can you do it? Whatever that maybe, just allow yourself. It might feel exciting, and notice if you have any nervousness in talking to them.
  • As you do, clients come to you and say “I want to hire you.” And you say aha, and notice what comes up for you, are you nervous? Are you excited? Or Both? Notice the heart emotions, notice the challenges that you’re facing, and as you decide “yes, I want to work with you,” and you get to know them a little bit, you say “Hey, my services cost ABC,” how does that feel to you? Are you feeling small, are you feeling confident? Are you feeling like you can never do this and nobody’s ever going to pay?
  • Whatever the fear is, just notice. Notice the uncomfortableness of it all. Notice what it feels like to be paid by your clients. Yes, it’s gonna be sooo exciting, and it’s gonna be nice, but maybe it’s also going to be like ‘oh my gosh, now I’m responsible’. What is happening to you in that moment? In that process?
  • Then imagine yourself working with your client as you go through the process. What does that feel like? Does it feel good? Does it feel stressed? If it’s a three-month program, go down to the end of the program and imagine yourself saying, “hey we worked together really well. I’m really glad” How does it feel for you?
  • Alright so I wanna know how that felt for you guys, what you noticed. Most of you probably felt really good as we went through this visualization and you started to really feel it.
  • Where did the uncomfortable come from?

  A lot of people get really uncomfortable about getting paid. A lot of people get uncomfortable when they can imagine 6, or 7 or 8 clients coming to them. If you can find the feelings that make you uncomfortable and the situations that make you uncomfortable, that is what you need to clear with your vibration. So what you wanna do is, you wanna send that out into the Universe, and you wanna come back and you want to identify those feelings. And when you have them and those uncomfortable feelings, you’re gonna tap them out.

And EFT tapping is fairly simple so let’s say that you’re afraid that they’re all going to trample you to death when you get out on stage, and that happens, it’s a really common fear. You’re gonna say “even though I feel anxious that they’re all gonna trample me to death, I love myself fully and completely.”

And you’re gonna tap that. When I say tapping, it’s EFT, you can google it, but primarily it’s from the top of the head, the forehead, below the eyes, under the nose, on the chin, on the thalamus gland, underneath the arms, both your wrists and you also want to do the sides of your hands.

So that is how you’re going to clear the fears around that. The more you can visualize the easier it is to manifest. If you can’t visualize and you can’t feel it then it’s going to be next to impossible to manifest because your unconscious is blocking you, so whatever you want in your life you can use this tip for.

How do you manifest 10K Months? Want to know?

I bet you do (of course you do). Who wouldn’t? I’ll tell you a secret – that question drives me bonkers.It has the ability to send me on an emotional roller coaster.

Nope, it’s not a so enjoyable ride. On top of that, this goal is killing our ability to manifest in our businesses. Since I’m here to help you manifest money in your biz, we are talking about it in this week’s blog. You don’t want to miss. Not up for the video?

Ahhh, it feels good to say that! I’ve been wanting to say that message for so long. It seems like the 10k is absolutely everywhere. Everybody talks about 5 figures, whether it’s in Facebook ads or in your business. Everybody talks about it and it’s this continuous challenge that we have to do, we have to strive for that 5 figure month, and more specifically that 10k month. I also see it in the work that I do with my clients. I see it with the boosters and the vibration tune-ups that I’ve done. Almost 90% of the people who submit requests for boosters or tune-ups want to manifest that 10k month.

I used to want to manifest that 10k month too.

I used to start off the month doing the math, I didn’t want to say how much money I wanted to make but I did do the math.  I used to say, you know I wanted 3 clients at this much and 1 client at this much and yeah if you did the math it would all add up to 10k. The problem with that was I always got to the end of the month and nothing was ever happening. I got really discouraged and I stopped manifesting, and I know that I’m not the only one with that? Who here struggles with manifesting 10k months consistently? If you want to say so great. Everybody is raising their hand saying yeah, yeah I’m having 10k months.   Why is this topic so funny Coach Karen? You can always call in and tell us, yeah it is kind of funny, and it’s kind of humorous. So if anybody has any questions, or comments, go ahead and put the comments in the chat box, if you can start with /Q if you want to ask a question. Yes, It’s absolutely everywhere Karen and that’s exactly why I’m talking about it.

I got myself sucked into that premise that I should be at 10k months.

There’s a few problems when you try to manifest exactly $10, 000 a month and it’s really kind of funny, so I’m going to go through that so you’re at least aware. Then I’m gonna tell you what you can do instead.

So the first problem with this 10k a month thing is that for most coaches, it’s just too big, right?

It’s just too big. For most of us, especially starting out, if you’ve had a few good months, $10,000 just seems so far out of our reach that our brain starts to go, “it’s impossible, it’s impossible. It’s impossible” and when that happens we actually start to manifest that into our reality and so then it does not happen.

The number’s just too big. It’s like if you say, I wanna have 10 clients today, but you’ve never actually had 1 client. So from 0-10 is just too much. So your brain needs to know that you can manifest and the only way you can do that is by picking a smaller number. I’m not telling you not to manifest 10k months yet. You’re gonna learn what to do instead.

Alright, so what’s the other issue with this 10k a month? The problem is the social consciousness.

How many entrepreneurs think 10k months are difficult to get? It’s that thing that we should all strive for, but how many of us actually think it’s easy? Possible? doable? Or is it just for those lucky few that have figured it out? We always say that only 5% of coaching population in the entrepreneurial world ever gets to 6 figures. Now, I don’t know if that’s true but I do know that that plays on my mindset and that plays on everyone’s mindset here like “getting to 10k months is really challenging, it’s really difficult. If we see it that way we might be creating more difficulties in manifesting clients just because we think it should be hard, because it’s a social consciousness. It’s actually not your belief. When you start to release that, you start to say “hey, ok, I can maybe do this.” Are there any questions about that? Did I make sense when I talked about social consciousness?

Ok, so what is the third problem with manifesting 10k months?

The problem is we never go beyond 10k and what I mean by that is, for a long time 10k was my only figure. I couldn’t feel it and I didn’t really know what that meant, and as soon as I started to think outside of the box and went further than that and what I really wanted was like 15 or 20k I never even allowed myself to go there. So you kind of stop yourself short of manifesting because you’re building this house and you’re like, I have to get to this house before I can go further.  

The truth of the matter is you can actually go further faster if you don’t have to build your house first. If you’re gonna build a castle, you’re not gonna build a house just because you wanna get the training that you need in order to build a castle, it just wouldn’t make sense. So why do we do that in our business and why did we set this target at $10,000 a month?

Now, I’m gonna add one more problem, it’s not on my list.

The problem with the 10k months is if you’ve been trying to do it over and over again for the last 4, 5, 6, 7, 18 months.

Sometimes you make it and sometimes you don’t, the struggle and the frustration with that number becomes horrendous and your vibration goes down to a place of frustration and that number doesn’t bring you joy, then that means you’re gonna have a really hard time manifesting it. So you need to change that around, you need to kinda go “OK, I’m gonna try this differently for a little while, because that number, I’m just tired of trying to get it.” Now, when we try to manifest 10k months by the way and that word trying was very deliberate, nothing fucking happens!

So when you’re trying to manifest 10k months it’s really important to just stop and say “I AM manifesting 10k months, I Am the coach, the entrepreneur who manifests 15,000 or 20,000 a month”.   Start talking in the present, because if you try, nothing is going to happen. You’re just going to keep trying, and trying, and trying. And by the way, I’m talking to you, but I’m talking to myself just as much right now. Stop trying Nathalie, just do it! I am the woman that manifests 10k months. If you close your eye right now and imagine being that woman that is manifesting $20,000 a month, $30,000 a month, what does it feel like? What would the entrepreneur feel like in you? Just allow that feeling to come in through you, and if it is 10,000 a month and that’s 4 clients a month, what does that feel like? Imagine yourself, and know that that is who you are right now.

So what are you gonna do if you’re not gonna manifest 10k months?

What are you gonna do instead of manifesting 10k months? I want you to have 3 goals: The first goal is gonna be a very small goal, something that is very doable for your month. So for February let’s say my minimum goal is $3000. I know I can friken hit that number and I know that it’s gonna happen because I see the clients coming and I know how much I’m gonna invoice and I know how much money is going to come in.

The reason you want to have a small number is so that your brain and your subconscious can go “I can manifest”. It’s not just coming out of thin air, and you start going “yeah, this is coming, this is gonna happen, and it’s going to be possible moving forward.

Then you wanna have a middle number, which is gonna be a little bit of a stretch, and you don’t want to make that an impossible number, but what would be like a nice comfortable number? For me that would be like $9,003. I’m not gonna pick $10,000- forget $10,000. Pick something else. If you’ve never done $10,000 then pick $9999 or $11,000 or $10, 043. What feels good to you? Pick something that makes fun, because 10,000 and 10,043 are actually very close right? But they have a different energy so go with that. Then pick a number, an extension of that number and there is where I go crazy with that, like $20,000 a month. Like that would be for me an amazing goal. It doesn’t feel doable, it doesn’t feel reachable, but that’s ok, I’m still stretching into that and I’m allowing this month to be between the minimum and the maximum and for the actions to come to teach me. The next month, I can keep the same ones, I can go up, I can go down and I’m never ever going to put $10,000 again on one of those sheets because it just frustrates the hell out of me! So that is how you do your numbers if you want to put targets down in manifesting, and once you have your numbers don’t forget to ask the universe to help you.

Yesterday, a coach helped me see that I had been dreaming of becoming that woman, but I hadn’t yet become her.

The woman I wanted to be was always something to strive for, but never to become.

This coaching experience was so strong that I changed my word for the year to a phrase:

“I am”.

  • I am the woman who needs and makes least 15K month.

No more living out of fear or making decisions out of desperation. I am not that woman.

I LOST it with a client

Do you ever wonder why you attract the experiences you do into your life? I do. All the time. I believe we learn from all kinds of experiences including hard ones and the easy ones. Sometimes I say I could do without the hard experiences, but the truth is I tend to learn from those the most.

The amount of suffering is proportional to how long it takes for you to learn. 2015 has been crazy amazing – working with hundreds of clients has been a privilege and a blessing. Leaving the corporate world behind is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I AM my walk. As amazing as it’s been, it hasn’t been easy. I’m dog tired. Whenever I commit to something, I’m like a dog with a bone. I go full blast until there’s nothing left or until I work myself into exhaustion. Usually the latter. Once it’s done, I go on vacation and recoup.

That’s the way things have always been. Building my business hasn’t been any different. I’ve been getting signs since June that I was nearing the wall of exhaustion. At first, it was just my body telling me I was tired.

It’s normal – I’m working hard. Just keep going. A short while later, I had an inkling that it wasn’t healthy to take my phone to bed to “Facebook”, but still I kept doing it. Don’t I have to be on Facebook twelve hours a day to make it work? The weight I was putting was a clear sign that I wasn’t eating well. Unless you consider A&W hamburgers gourmet cuisine. It was making me lethargic.

In September, I knew I needed a vacation to regroup. I’d worked through the summer ignoring the exhaustion and the tears. And then I launched Manifest Money Bootcamp. That did it. By November, I hit the wall of exhaustion. All I could do was sleep. Since I was sleeping so much, I started spending every waking moment working.  I would wake-up and crawl of bed into my office to turn on my computer. Just push through.

And then I did the unthinkable. I LOST IT WITH A CLIENT.

All she, the beautiful and amazing soul did was ask me a question in response to her Manifesting Booster. I don’t think I saw the words on the page. I jumped to conclusions. Immediately I got on her case (on Facebook of all places). She was brave enough to call me out on it. I was mortified. What the hell was I doing? What was happening to me that I was getting pissed with a client?

As soon as I stopped and caught my breath, I knew what was happening. I’d hit the wall of exhaustion. Not an excuse. It’s just my pattern. LOSING it with a client was my SIGN from the universe that it was time for me to stop. I’d ignored all of the others. It’s said that the universe sends you sign, each one bigger than the previous, until you hear them.

My business was like to a gigantic hole. One I couldn’t climb out of. Or at least that was the story I told myself. Blowing up meant I had no choice but to climb out of the pit of exhaustion. I learned a few things along the way. I thought you might enjoy learning from them, so I’m sharing them here:  

#1 Facebook was killing me.

What started out as a tactical tool to promote myself and my business had turned into an unhealthy addiction. The thing I’m not proud of is that I wasn’t managing my time.  It’s the number one commodity I have.

If I don’t manage it, no one else will. Successful entrepreneurs manage their time. I was spending hours giving away stuff for FREE on Facebook. If I’m spending all my time giving away stuff for free then I’m not actually making money. Successful entrepreneurs don’t attempt to do everything alone. They have teams. They delegate. 

No one builds an empire alone. It takes a team. If I spend all of my time trying to do everything then I have a problem Solution #1: I’ve decided to do partial automations and so some manual social media.  I will still spend 45 minutes a day on Facebook for the next month.

Solution #2: To make most effective use of my time, my posts will tied back to my overall strategy.  At the end of the day, Facebook post should funnel people into your offerings. If they don’t, they don’t do anything for you.

Solution #3:  I’ve pulled what I am giving away for FREE on Facebook and incorporated the Manifesting Booster as a more affordable offering.  I’ve also done this in the context of my business strategy and funnels (which are in the process of being redesigned).

Solution #4: Building a team must be part of my strategy.  I’d been pushing back on this, thinking that I could do it all. Here’s the thing: it’s not because I can that I should or that I must. It’s actually ineffective. To that end, I started to work with a VA for a few hours. This turned out to be way less expansive that I originally thought and is well worth the investment. I also started having my house cleaned on a bi-weekly basis. It raises my vibration, so is wealth worth the price.

#2 Self-care isn’t an option.

I’m going to keep this section very short. If I’m burned out, I’m going to kill my business. Either I’m not going to attract clients. Or I’m going to lose the clients I have. I’m also going to be pretty miserable. That’s not the freedom I was looking for when I decided to follow my dream. Solution #1: Book a vacation. Mexico, here I come. Solution #2:  Go the gym. I’ve also built my schedule to block time to go the gym. This is no longer an option. Solution #3: Plan for vacation time and long weekends in 2016.  If I plan for it, it will happen.

Getting called out by a client was the best thing that I could have happened to me.

For that I will forever be grateful. Because of you, I’ve taken my power back Hopefully, you’ve learned from my melt down lessons and also picked up a few tips on how to take care of yourself WHILE running your  business. 2016 is looking brighter and it’s going to rock!
